Education: I have a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education (PreK-4) and my Master’s in Special Education. In 2013 I became a National Board Certified Teacher.
Experience: Before coming to Pleasant Hill Elementary in February of 2018, I spent eleven years teaching gifted students in grades PreK-3rd for Shelby County Schools. While at Pleasant Hill, I have taught second and third grade.
Bio: I was born and raised near Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Olive Branch well over a decade ago when I married my husband, an Olive Branch native. When I am not busy at school, there’s plenty to keep me busy at home. I have two daughters, both of whom are students at PHES, and a labra-bull dog, who is not a student at PHES. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and all things Disney.
