About the Teacher/Welcome Msg

Welcome to my website.  Let me introduce myself - my name is Jennifer Smith.  This is my 18th year to teach at PHES.  I taught 3rd grade for the first 11 years before moving to 4th grade.  I LOVE PHES.  Math is my favorite subject to teach and I hope I can help make it fun for you.  

A little bit about me - my husband, Brad, and I have been married for 30 years.  Brad is an aircraft maintenance manager at FEDEX.  We have 2 children - Katie is 26,  married to Tanner Densford and mother to our first grandchild, Bretton.  She and her family recently moved to Benton, AR where she will continue her teaching career as a 3rd grade teacher.  Bradley is 23 and married his middle school sweetheart, Zoe, this past June. They recently moved to Knoxville where Zoe will be attending law school at UT.  I love to read, go to the lake and spend time with my family.
